· uses of food class GLY:
1. Used as taste enhancer , sweetener, fragrant additive, dietary supplement。Apply in alcohol drink；in animal & plant food manufacture； in additive for salt-preserved pickled vegetables and sweeten sauce and soy-bean sauce and vinegar and fruit juice. It can improve food taste and nutrition.
2. Used as preserver in fish meat paste and peanut butter; and stabilizer for anti-oxidizing in cream、cheese, etc.
3.Used as buffer in food salt and vinegar 。
